There aren’t many better ways to relax and reset as you settle into the abundance of a fall schedule. Come enjoy the sounds of healing instruments including crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes (and more) at the beautiful Madbury Public Library.

Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and perhaps a regular and/or an eye pillow, and any items you might enjoy to make yourself comfortable for an hour long sound healing.

The event is free to the community. Due to space constraints, reservations are requested.
