Why should I have this service?
Emotional or traumatic events can and do create energetic scars; some of which we are aware, and others we are not. It is believed that as a result of these events, a piece of our soul breaks away to protect itself and becomes lost; it doesn’t feel safe living in your body. This soul piece is linked to a core belief that likely runs through the fabric of your life; one that has a distinct pattern if we look for and can identify it. When this happens, it may present to you as an overwhelming feeling of loss, feeling incomplete or lost, or you may be filled with an overwhelming sense of guilt or shame,
This retrieval is a sacred and very special opportunity that takes patience, compassion and cooperation from both the practitioner and the client. The practitioner will search and find the lost soul, and lovingly guide its safe return. It is the clients job to prepare and provide that safe place. This process includes recalling and identifying the initial event, re-writing the contract with the clients soul (so it feels assured of a safe place to land) and by providing the tools to help support and nurture its safe return.
The simple awareness that we gain from this experience, allows us to more easily identify when/if that core belief re-appears. One can then utilize the tools and knowledge gained from the soul retrieval to reintegrate the soul piece by adjusting our thinking and behaviors as we move through life. As the soul piece integrates back into the body, it will feel more complete, aware and whole.
What can I expect?
This is a guided meditation where you will be led through a series of rooms to connect with your lost soul piece. In this process, you will need to be open to what you see, hear and feel, trusting that what comes to you, whatever that may be, is of the highest importance for this smooth transition. You will be asked questions about what you see, hear and feel as the process unfolds. As with every session, you will be held in sacred space throughout and will remain in that safe place until you are guided to return.
