Although none of the sound instruments will be placed directly on your body, if you have any of the following medical conditions, it is suggested that you give a quick jingle to your local physician for approval before receiving a sound healing. (I will reach out to you via text as well)

You are pregnant

You have had cardiac stents placed

If you have any metal plates or screws implanted (Example: total hip or knee replacement)

To make this the best experience:

The session will last around 50 minutes. During this time you will be lying down. I encourage you to bring whatever will make you the most comfortable. Some suggestions are: -Wear something comfortable -Bring a yoga mat -Blankets and pillows are encouraged -Bring anything else that will help you stay comfortable.
