Week Five – Legacy & Remembering

This week invites you to reflect on legacy. How and would you like to be remembered a certain way? What stories, wisdom, or memories, if any, might you want to leave behind?

You may choose to begin a legacy project, decide who should receive meaningful personal items (and perhaps why), and through a guided meditation, we will draft one letter to one loved one (to be finished later if necessary) who will receive it after your death (or on significant occasions you may miss.)
